Revamp the code so that a main- method takes care of making the frame visible and starting the Timer

Create an ns block at the top of tanks.clj rather than using the slightly more kludgy import statement. (It arguably doesn't matter too much for this since it is not at all intended to ever be used as a component of a larger project, but it's still good practice.)
