options are not working alone.

Hi, thanks for this great package.
I am working in a project where I just need options. I do not need arguments. However, I realized that if I do not set at least 1 argument, the options are ignored.

How to Replicate:

class Executer extends Command {
    protected function init ()
    {
        $this->name('Generator')
            ->version('1.0.0')
            ->description('Tool to generate openapi')
            ->options(['--initialize'])
            ->describe('--initialize', 'Create the initial file structure.');
    }

    protected function execute(): void
    {
        var_dump($this->options);       
    }
}

OTUPUT:
./openapi-generator --initialize

array(1) {
  '--initialize' =>
  bool(false)
}

Adding Arguments (syntax):

class Executer extends Command {
    protected function init ()
    {
        $this->name('Generator')
            ->version('1.0.0')
            ->description('Tool to generate openapi')
            ->syntax('count: (number: 1)')
            ->options(['--initialize'])
            ->describe('--initialize', 'Create the initial file structure.');
    }

    protected function execute(): void
    {
        var_dump($this->options);       
    }
}
