Initial `start_height` is genesis block

Currently it looks like you set the start_height to the latest wallet checkpoint height, which for a new wallet will be the genesis block (0). What I think you really want for your first sync is to use the current bitcoin block height, and after the initial sync use what ever the wallet checkpoint height is. This can be done by just checking if the start_height is 0 then use the rpc client to get the blockchain height.

Add Authentication to `fayd-rpc`

Description:

Currently, there is no authentication implemented for any endpoint in fayd-rpc.

We need to add authentication, at least for the /balance endpoint.

Implement Server-Side Cancelation for `sync`

Description

Currently, calling curl -X POST http://127.0.0.1:8080/sync triggers Faucet::Sync(), which spawns a potentially long-running thread.

Need to find a way to gracefully halt this process to enable server-side sync cancellation.
