事务消息: 主要解决了Producer端的消息发送与本地事务执行的原子性问题。
Producer 消息发送成功后 会执行回调，可在回调中完成本地事务，然后提交状态。
Consumer 接收到消息后完成本地事务，失败的话会重试。
