ik i'm making A LOT of issues, but is there a way to add brian tts instead of microsoft tts?

AudioConfig within google.cloud.texttospeech.v1 has a couple of options for "speaking_rate" and "pitch".

Could these be added as options in the options.txt and/or assigned to individuals in the usernames.json?

Works fine with text before URL, but after, it doesn't.

Is it possible to incorporate a whitelist to only allow TTS for certain users? There may be situations where it would be preferred to not have TTS available for all viewers (e.g. streamer, moderators, subscribers TTS only).

When multiple messages are sent, TTS reads all of them at the same time.

The ability to only read a specific channel points when redeemed, so like tts points

Hi again. Theres no issues with tts name anymore, but i have another. I set all parameters but it just wont work

Config files currently need to be created manually.
Config should create itself on its own and later on user should edit these.

Can you add option to filter Google voices, so we can select only those voices what we need for "random" option.
