How much does the original aircar store?

For debug purposes, it would be nice to figure out how to have the USB idle (disconnected) until the button is pushed.

Would be nice to add just for fun...

Figure out if it is reasonable to use the NiMH battery to power the main board. Would ideally provide a charging connector so we don't need to unplug the battery every time we recharge.

Not sure what the resistivity of 1oz copper is. Could potentially switch to 2oz if that make the charging path better.

It's probably going to be important to have the data in permanent storage on the flash chip. Students will surely mess things up...

Need to decide if we match the older sample rate or run at something more ?sensible?. Old was 28.2us.

699a1d7 seems to have introduced (perhaps just uncovered) a bug when resetting. When the system starts cold, everything is OK. When it restarts via hardware reset, it consistently reports 1 error.

I believe there is some static state in the driver not getting re-initialized.

Might be time to wrap it in an object and get rid of a bunch of the persistent state junk.

Want the car to appear as a disk when plugged into a host.

Need to disable the Bootsel button so the kids don't accidentally reset the firmware.

Would be nice to have a friendly greeting and something less opaque than a blinking light for feedback.
