getTextInRange is the only method we relies on superstring in indexer, it'll be nice we implement it in typescript.

If the index needs to be updated for a repo, we delete old index first and rebuild index now.
We want to support for updating index incrementally.
Git revision saved in index dir may help. (#12)

1. Supports build index for github repository.
   2. One click deployment to railway

Indexer: Supports javascript / typescript through tree-sitter, might need introduce a new field in metadata for language.
Front-end: Supports syntax highlight for js/typescript.

We wanna a MVP version of multiple repos lives in quick-question:

Configuration: introducing new environment variable REPOSITORY_ROOT with each repos as subdir.
Front end: Supports switching repos at code search page.

Some tree-sitter supported languages will be added easily.
