A way of having a setup where we have an initial static setting, which changes as new resources need to be allocated.

Intead of calling individual recipes, take the example of sous-chef/mariadb, and create callable resources.

Review code and add support for RHEL based systems.

A cluster is currently created by making some assumptions about the cluster's architecture.

Allow for an arbitrary architecture to be passed via attributes.

Instead of via attributes, via a file describing the architecture.

These recipes install slurm packages from package trees, which may result in different version of slurm between different versions of the O.S.

A consistent slurm version across all systems. Slurm should be compiled from source, following these directives

A private repository which has slurm already available for different platforms.

Make cgroup.conf file to be generated from attributes.

Make sure that the cookbook follows the wrapper cookbook design.

Add support for shifter to be installed if wanted, maybe via an attribute?
