Add to cmake call -DCAFFE2_CPU_FLAGS="-mfpu=neon -mfloat-abi=hard"

Hello i am trying to use libtorch in my embedded linux application, I am not able to find any suitabke resources. I have the lib from the source. Can you please recipe for the libtorch?I am using the yocto dunfell branch.

I try to build recipe libtorch, but after build I have only libtorch-dev, libtorch-dbg, libtorch-src and libtorch-staticdev packages, and libtorch base package is absent. By what reason it doesn't built base package? For example, other recipes have base packages, but libtorch doesn't. I use 80dcd9d commit.

PS: Can you make tags for stable versions? Because not all commits work properly.

In petalinux 2020.2, the following error happened

To fix it, I add coreutils-native to DEPENDS in libtorch.bb
