Description: Check whether it would be beneficial to move from the Travis/Appveyor combo to GitHub workflows.

• Approve email

Wait for CRAN...

• Accepted 🎉
• usethis::use_github_release()
• usethis::use_dev_version()

Description: CRAN requires packages to gracefully handle errors when using internet resources. (example failure: https://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/bdr/donttest/rnbp.out). Wrap examples in tryCatch and convert errors to messages.

One genralized function would do if assert_interval allowed 1 day interval:

There is "assert(from < to, error_msg)", which should be "assert(from <= to, error_msg)"
