Currently the web package is not linted, we should integrate ESLint there, too.

• Internationalized strings should come from the shared project

The shared project should be set up to dispatch HTTP requests, and both the mobile and web clients should use it.

The required subpackages are:

• shared: shared JS project with shared code
• web: React application that uses the shared project
• mobile: React Native application that uses the shared project

Initially, the web and mobile projects should be created by CLI, containing dummy content.

A Docker image should be published in an automated way from the web project that can be easily configured to connect to a previously published Docker image of the server-side API Docker image.

After Morpher API 1.5.1 is released, built with the latest stable Gradle 7, update the Docker image reference in the docker-compose file.
