A visitor shall be able to modify it's registration information.

For this particular feature we need to be able to provide a "modify" function from the submission review page.

Special care as this could pose some security issues

We could implement this using a temporary URL sent via email.
Another solution could be to implement this feature only in a mobile application owned by people.

Admin shall be able to download list of registered persons from list of registration

User shall not be able to register if their email was already used in a previous registration.

When a user's is accessing a voting ballot:

• they shall not be able to pick a user name unless they are an administrator
• list of contest shall be updated after name update to only show contests the user is a judge in

Admin shall get an action to track when user has paid registration fee and how (check, cash, etc.)

Summary email shall nclude:

• link to summary
• references (email + id)
• pricing information
• summary of registration content

An error shall be raised on submit when the contest is not active.

When using the Firefox browser, the registration confirmation reload the registration form with empty content.

Seems that default action on the form is not prevented.

• Access to ballot shall be blocked
• Submission shall raise an error
