Currently the problem is that when the sweetchuck/composer-suite package isn't added to the composer.json, then there is no starting point, because the composer suite:generate command isn't available.

One of the solution is that, the suite:generate command should always use the composer.json even if it isn't the actually used. (Overridden by the COMPOSER environment variable.)

Currently a suite can be defined only under the composer.json#/extra/composer-suite/* key, but sometimes it would be handy to read the definition from an arbitrary file.

Provide JSON Schema definitions for composer.json#/extra/composer-suite

New command suite:list
Merge extra and ./.composer-suite/composer-suite.*.json and list the result.

Package webmozart/path-util is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use symfony/filesystem instead.
