Hi, Im trying to download for a day and cant finish it.
Maybe using a torrent would be a better alternative.

I have tried downloading iso file multiple times , and every time the file downloads till 1024 mb and then shows error
I have tried it on chrome , firefox and also tried downloading using Internet Download Manager

This script with a few minor modifications is able to use wofi or tofi to launch a polkit authentication window, I believe this could be highly beneficial to the usability of this project.

Tofi is really nice and wofi is no longer maintained.

Consider this advice.
Create a desktop environment instead , that would me more usefull , because the OS has lots of bugs and you can't get updates regularly , for now . And instead you have to reinstall everytime you release a new iso

It only shows the HDD that is present in my laptop , so to install swayOS I would have to wipe out present OS from the HDD.
It would be great to add option to install SwayOS in a particular Partition.

As above, the Arch Linux forums are only for users that have installed their system using either the Installation Guide on the wiki or the official archinstall script. Third-party installers are not supported and any users of this distro will have their threads closed and deleted.

If you release a derivative distro you are expected to provide your own support channels.

Google Chrome is truely spyware,Using Chromium is better and easier.

When I ran img-build.sh the first time, I got:

sudo: pacstrap: command not found

Of course, the arch derivative build machine that I'm building from does not have arch-install-scripts package installed.

I downloaded, installed, and booted into swayos today. Thanks for your amazing work!

The only issue I've seen so far is that I can't get DNS resolution. swayos connected to my wifi router, no problem, after i entered the password on what looks like the KDE GUI config to me, and I can verify the connection from networkctl status, but resolv.conf does not get set, and indeed pings to things, fail in foot.

I looked around but I'm out of my depth on the various DNS wrapper utilities and how to inherit the DNS config from the wifi AP point at connection time. I'm guessing the various events that cause the resolve.conf to get written didn't fire.

I'd write the resolv.conf manually, but I can't find an editor since none of the usual ones are in the path. I'd also pamac update but without DNS, that seems frutless.

Thanks for your wonderful distro and help! I'm happy to grab the source and build if you have suggestions. I just need to get a little further.
