In shell/set_proxy.sh, xclip is being used which needs to be installed first from the internet..! If a user already has access to internet behind a proxy (i.e. set up already), then he wouldn't need this script. On the other hand, if he hasn't set-up, then he can't download xclip.
Options: Either provide xclip with this script or use an alternative to xclip.
