The 🍨 problem

Option 2: setup the full slack bot shebang so it can be installed as a slack app (this involves running the webhook server and storing workspace/channel info and API keys -- probably means some time configuration BS as well)

Option III: at least document how to install

The emoji lib has country names but slack only has the flags so we cant find :flag-se: for Swedish Meatball Day.

Need to remove a couple more commonly appearing words from holidays:

• appreciation
• american (maybe?)
• go ("go skateboarding", "go fishing")
• worldwide
• global
• awareness
• for
• against
• language
• pride
• festival, festival of

Ultimately I would like the pipeline to first strip out holiday-specific "stop words" and then regular stop words to clean out the "your", "the", "and", etc noise.

Don't pick an emoji if we already used it the same day
