i have the same issue, still wouldn't post that much privat information like your API Keys, do yourself a favor and edit the config and remove all the infos here

I have installed https://github.com/homebridge/ffmpeg-for-homebridge#install.
But i have still the same error:

Now it works, the problem was that I forgot to Enter the Still Image source.
