In frontend show "Compiled successfully."

It is showing error in browser

VC not loading

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add record to issue VC
2. Click 'view' icon on the record list to view the VC issued.
3. The VC is not loading as shown below. The screen is blank

Update dashboard screen as follows:

1. Add top bar which is constant in all screens: "This is a demo of the Issuance Portal. Check documentation here" which links and navigates to "https://docs.sunbirdrc.dev/" in a new window
2. Logout link available in the dropdown menu of top bar as show in the design:

3. Issuer detail card: Please update as per the design
4. Issuer detail and VC cards should be inline
5. Please replace the text "Document" with "Verifiable Credential" in all places.
6. Remove the 'view/add' button in the VC card. The VC card should be clickable and navigate user to VC record listing screen.

As an issuer, I should be able able to view fields (mandatory and optional), so that I can choose and add field tags that would appear on certificate

As an issuer on click of 'advanced editor', I should be able to add/edit required fields, so that I can get the data required to create verified credentials

1. User should be able to choose if the data is mandatory or optional
2. User should able to choose the field type - (text field, number, date, text area, check box, radio)
3. User should be able to add following information of the data: Label/Title (mandatory), Placeholder, Description. Validation (optional or mandatory)
