Incorrect Bracket implementation

Hello,

The startBracket and stopBracket implementation is incorrect: you find the next "matching bracket" in a too naive way. It is necessary to create a counter "nested" and modify the code:

case Constants.startBracket:
    if (cells[cellPos] == 0) {
        nested = 0;
        while (program[progPos] != Constants.stopBracket || nested !=0) {
            progPos++;
            if(progPos >= program.length) {
                throw new ProgramException(false);
            } else {
                if(program[progPos] == Constants.starBracket) {
                    nested++;
                }
                if(program[progPos] == Constants.stopBracket) {
                    nested--;
                }
            }
        }
        progPos++;
    } else {
        progPos++;
    }
    break;

Otherwise, it will incorrectly interpret the program:

+++++++[->+++++++<]>. >[[]<->] <.

printing "10" instead of "11".
