Doesn't work with Intel GM45 (OpenGL 2.1)

When I try to run Omnispeak, I receive a message box with the following error:
Omnispeak requires OpenGL 2.0 or higher to run. Check that your drivers are installed correctly.

In my terminal I get:

My GPU supports OpenGL 2.1 however according to glxinfo. I'm using a Intel GM45 on Ubuntu 14.04. Here is the output of glxinfo:

I started the game and it shows only a black screen while it eats 100% CPU.

I just copied the content of the shareware KEENDR13.ZIP into the static lib and run the KDreams from there.
