Use github API instead of scraping

• Check for non existing users
• Delete non existing users from DB as well as users.json

• Add exception handling in case of wrong usernames and changed usernames, or database access failure.
  Any unforseeable changes should not take down the website.
• Add logging

My commits are not getting added on the website.

Fix card CSS to make it 2 cards in a row. And to make the image cover most of the card.

• Add pagination support
  • Traverse all the pages and get repository data
• Currently not an urgent requirement, because I don't see any members with more than 100 repositories

Site crashes while searching for anything because of nonexistent fields in the database.

• Add search using simple request
• Add dynamic search with Ajax

Each user should have a profile page generated from data received from github API (in the userdata file)

Whenever new deployment is done, the stats on the website get reverted back to some old data.
Same old data is reflected on the database too.

Description
This user finds it difficult to interpret the "Members" section on the website properly

To Reproduce

1. Go to http://codex-github.herokuapp.com/
2. On the home page itself, just above the "Members" section
3. See error as a white patch/bar on the dark mode

Expected behavior
This user finds it unusual. It might be a bug, bcz it doesn't seem to be a feature
