offer your patches
The ubuntu PPA does not have builds of this gstreamer plugins for recent versions of Ubuntu
https://launchpad.net/~strukturag/+archive/ubuntu/libde265 only has builds up to Vivid, i.e. Ubuntu 15.04
Ubuntu 17.04
The PPA has no version for Ubuntu 17 (Zesty). Is it possible to use it in Ubuntu 17.04 or is this something that is planned ?
Build on Fedora 33 fails
I'm trying to build this plugin (v0.1.12) on Fedora 33.
When I run ./autogen.sh I see this:

I thought this are just warnings, so... let's go further. But later on ./configure fails:
checking for libde265... yes
checking to see if compiler understands -Wall... yes
checking that generated files are newer than configure... done
