When user click a same word multiple times, the words on right side bar should able to change color or emphasis like have a separate column.

when resize browser to smaller(or half of screen), left margin is not change size cause very difficult to read.

steps to reproduce:
1: open this link: http://edu.pcbaby.com.cn/314/3146266.html
2: Look at title header 小猪照镜子
3: Click Creadr add-on,
4: Article show up but no title (小猪照镜子)

actually every article from this website don't have title showing.

creadr-main is on the left side of screen but the title is in the center of screen.

Article has more than necessary titles

not including :

seems like the title “第一章 母亲带有风的气味 (2)” used in this webpage is "h2" where "h1" is “我和狗狗的十个约定 _ 皮皮少儿阅读频道” on the top of page.
it happens in other pages too such as http://edu.pcbaby.com.cn/314/3146266.html

sometime paragraph is separated and most time not.
