Make some way of caching the widget results for faster, more consistent loading.

I'm currently thinking about farming all of the curl functions out into little python scripts that save the results to disk.

Possibly pulling from https://help.stolaf.edu/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/wa/ActivityMonitorActions/jsonData?widget=10 (pulled from a widget on my WHD dashboard)

Update the unanswered tickets widget to include tickets whose most recent response is from a client.

Sometimes it shows the prior one.

• Rename top responders?
• Factor # of tickets closed into top responders?

Base on vw/vh?

As a way to warn people when the data is out-of-date and not being refreshed for some reason.

The two widgets who are supposed to update in the background (open-tickets and closed-tickets) run once, at startup, but the info in localStorage never appears to be updated.
