Links in the /stigs do not work

Appears to be a caps issue

Idea: Support "latest" STIG page

For example, instead of having the version in https://stigaview.com/products/rhel8/v1r11/RHEL-08-020023

There could be the concept of latest, which would allow me to go to:

https://stigaview.com/products/rhel8/RHEL-08-020023

and then it would show the latest version available for this STIG id.

STIG one page is missing pipe before severity

The date for RHEL 8 V1R7 seems wrong

It should be something July

So that pages have unique titles.

The navbar needs help

navbar-brand needs be different from the links.

Also re think what is in the navbar.

Add a Link to the SRG details on the SRG Controls page

For example should be well linked.

The h2 tags on the one page STIG should have ids

So they can be easily linked

Update Deploy to Python 3.12
