Add client to handle the searching of platforms as seen in the GiantBomb docs

This will look similar to the existing GamesClient, but have just one method, search

Tests required too, so take a look at the tests for the GamesClient for some help there 👍

Mainly tests for BadRequestException and InvalidResponseException

missing Licence and long description

Will be much cleaner and more readable

Please add game_by_id method, which return response object with one game, related with game's id number, such as:

id = 6795

response = games_client.game_by_id(
   id = id
)

print(response.results.name)
# Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal

Looks like I've learned a lot about testing over the past year. I need to make these tests much better, and probably switch over to pytest
