blistering-barnacles's Issues

Paint v trips

Steve - please check the relationship between median number of trips and ablative/self polishing paint types - Figure 6 and Figure 2b show a clear relationship between median number of trips and self-polishing and ablative paints but not hard paints - this is should be acknowledged in the results section and discussion

Set the y axis scales to free in the ggplot facet_wrap command for Figure 1

Figures 5, 6 and 7

Steve - I've changed the wording in the paper around the "vessel-level intercept" to a random effect for vessels because this parlance is more commonly accepted I think. If you agree and are happy to keep the change then please amend the labels in Figures 5, 6 and 7 accordingly. If not then ignore this issue

Figure 2

Add y axis label 'Standardised value" or something equivalent. Sub-caption for Figure 2b should be "median number of trips per annum" I think. Finally in the Figure caption is would be helpful to provide the reader with some guidance on how to interpret these plots - if the imputation has worked well we should see "similar" boxplots?
