Food Choice Task

This repository contains materials to run the Columbia Center for Eating Disorders Food Choice Task that captures eating behavior.

The following are available to download:

  1. The Food Choice Task Manual (including instructions for running the task)
  2. Python scripts to run the task
  3. Task stimuli
  4. Scoring scripts to calculate performance measures (e.g., choice of high-fat foods)

Setup and Execution

  • Open a terminal window and navigate to the root folder of this project.
  • Run pip install -r requirements.txt to install requirements
  • Start the application with python run.py or python run_MRI.py (Note, when running python, you may need to use python3, depending on your environment )
