Sample loading glTF models using BabylonJS

The glTF samples in this repo can be used for testing new features and extensions in glTF. As the new capabilities are included in the glTF spec these models will be moved to the https://github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF-Sample-Models repo.

The background images samples in this repo are .babylon.hdr files converted from RGB HDR Compressed BC6H .hdr files using the EnvironmentMapGenerator BabylonJS extension found here https://github.com/BabylonJS/Extensions/tree/master/EnvironmentMapGenerator#how-to-use-.
