Dear Sir,

I've found almost exactly what I'm looking for in terms of displaying the output of the RGA. The orginal link is here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3942892/how-do-i-visualize-a-matrix-with-colors-and-values-displayed

I've added a file called tempToGetMatrixOuput.py which is where I've tried to implement the code above (with no success). Would you please look at it and tell me where the syntax errors are?

Dear Sir,

I've edited TESUB7 as you suggested but the program still seems to be messing around with the initial values of the variables.

What I'm doing at the moment is:

1. compiling temain_out.f and teprob.f, then run
2. in the folder TEC there is another folder called singlefileoutput and in that there is an .m file called read. It displays some variables over time.
3. Currently I am running the system with no setpoint changes and no distrubances and yet the initial values of the system are way off of what they should be...

Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I've added a file called temain_out.f

This file should output all the variables I'm keeping track of to one file (this is what I'm attempting on line 1317)

When I try to compile this with teprob.f get an error saying that I'm using an invalid STATUS specification at line 347.
Also I'm not sure if the spaces will sort themselves out (line 1320-ish) or if I have to change something.. (When I changed things the compiler broke...)

The final format I am going for is 49 columns with as many rows as time steps. Would you please help me with the fortran code?
