Doctor's Appointment Manager - Frontend

This repository contains the frontend code for the Doctor's Appointment Manager web application. The application is developed as a final project for a Computer Science degree, and it is built using Angular, Bootstrap, and Angular Material.

Doctor's Appointment Manager is a web application designed for doctors, allowing them to manage their professional profiles, working schedules, appointments, and more. It provides a clean and user-friendly interface, making it easy for doctors to interact with their patients and manage their professional life efficiently.

1. Features

  • User authentication and login system

  • Profile management: doctors can update their profiles with relevant information

  • Working schedule management: doctors can set and update their working hours

  • Appointment management: doctors can view, approve, or reject appointment requests from patients

  • Password management: doctors can change their passwords securely

  • Responsive design, compatible with various screen sizes

2. Installation

Before you begin, ensure that you have Node.js and npm installed on your system. If not, download and install them from Node.js official website.

  • Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/Steffeh1337/e-doc.git
  • Navigate to the project directory:
cd e-doc
  • Install the required dependencies:
npm install
  • Start the development server:
ng serve

The application will now be running at http://localhost:4200/.

3. Usage

After starting the development server, open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:4200/. You will see the login screen. If you don't have an account, sign up as a new user. Once logged in, you can access the various features of the application.

  • Profile Management: Update your personal and professional details on the profile page.
  • Working Schedule Management: Add or modify your working schedule to let patients know your availability.
  • Appointment Management: Review incoming appointment requests and approve or reject them.
  • Password Management: Update your password securely.
