Use is-in-browser
The check is very simple at the moment. Using is-in-browser would be better.
Better node approach
At the moment, the approach for node doesn't seem to be streaming. This might be because of node-fetch (see also #3 ).
Don't use node-fetch
node-fetch does some things with XHR and streams that are similar to node stream when in the browser environment. Ideally this would be avoided.
