With this configuration :

_defaults:
    expectedResponse:
        header:
            headers:
                X-Foo: Bar

url_test:
    expectedResponse:
        header:
           size: 403

Headers are not tested, cause url_test has expectedResponse.header defined.

It should be merged between _defaults configuration, and url_test configuration.

If I call ./bin/urltest.php tests/ MY_TEST, and MY_TEST fail, I have this message :

Tests stopped, use --continue to resume since last fail, or --skip to resume after last fail.

With parallels tests, --continue and --skip start tests from beginning.

Url is mandatory, when we compile default and final configuration.

But for now, it's mandatory for default configuration. It should not be.

I need a support for HTTPS.
I tried to ignore the SSL verification, but i can't (error: SSL connect error)

Could you implement it ?
