Badge with diff for 1st PR in the list ends up in search field next to [this repository] part.
Some minor issue I've seen consistently multiple times with refresh but couldn't find proper STR.

Basically, the extension doesn't always manage to initialize correctly on a page. If someone has any idea on improving this part, I'd be grateful for any suggestions. To get an idea of current implementation, take a look at background.js.
