尝试修改输入mash1-1-1的小数位宽时，功能发生了错误
作者您好，我用您的原始代码运行了tb，功能是没问题的。然后，我将FRAC_WIDTH参数（输入到mash111的小数位宽）由24修改为了16，这时发现仿真结果是：分频器的时钟输出端口Fout没有输出时钟信号，输出的是一个常数1。所以我想请教一下，如果我想要实现16位输入的小数分频器，是不是除了修改FRAC_WIDTH参数之外，还需要修改一些其他的参数和代码才行？
