Too lazy to modify the file in tandem rn, so adding the following list of things to include:

sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-move-base
some form of installing OpenCV? buildOpenCVTX2 seems incompatible with caffe_ros but works with everything else
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-diagnostic-updater
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-controller-manager
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-filters
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-joint-limits-interface
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-roslint
setup from http://wiki.ros.org/zed-ros-wrapper (some form of installing CUDA)
sudo apt-get install libyaml-cpp-dev
sudo apt-get install libmuparser-dev

Currently, I've catkin_ignored caffe_ros and zed-ros-wrapper, because it's late and sleep and emotional well-being and who I am as a person, but installing OpenCV and CUDA via JetPack should resolve those two :)

Could you share how you implement low latency video streaming as for rover, please?
