--trace not working

Adding --trace flag to to generate_harness.py will result in the following error when building the simulator:

harness.cpp: In function ‘int main(int, char**)’:
harness.cpp:45:14: error: ‘class Vtop’ has no member named ‘trace’
         top->trace(tfp, 99); // What is 99?  I don't know!  FIXME

verilator -version
Verilator 3.916 2017-11-25 rev verilator_3_914-65-g0478dbd

harness.cpp (changed to .txt)

error: ‘ios’ has not been declared

I'm using io_reset branch as well as the latest run_tgb.csh from CGRAGenerator branch.
Attached harness.cpp (renamed to .txt).

Shouldn't this line:

TestBenchGenerator/generate_harness.py

Line 211 in 8210ea9

std::fstream {module}_file("{file_name}", ios::{mode} | ios::binary);

be std::ios::binary?
