Replace the location selection list with a map

The current UI is.... functional, but not that useful 😂 We should replace it with a map where you long press to drop a pin, and then can initiate navigation from it.

The SwiftUI DSL layer will probably need to be extended to register the long press, but the first version can also just be a simple MapKit view to be honest.
