Current problem is that the OASIS feature is a complete build of all of respec, which causes additional work to keep this fork current. We can break it off completely and treat a stable release of respec as an external dependency.

Basically this is what should be done to decouple the OASIS work from the main respec capability.

I'd like to be able to support multiple vocabulary files in the Terms section. It works now, just include multiple div sections with data-oninclude='vocabToSpec'. However all the sections have the same heading - "Vocabulary Details". Can we change the template to put the dc:description property value in the heading?

In templates/vocab.html, change the Vocabulary Details heading to {{description}} and remove the paragraph that contains {{description}} now.

Currently the form just puts the Class URI and not the URI for the shape itself.

Propose making this change:
