At this point the planner needs to be called from the planner root folder.

This is because the Java code at some point calls the Python translate code:

This is relative to the planner root folder!

Can we include the Python code as "resources" of the maven project; or somehow factor out where the translator is located as a command line option?

As we did with Paladinus, one can replace args4j with a Maven dependency. except that MyND has extended the source code to have options and print hidden options. See issue in paladinus repo (where args4j was moved to maven dependency, but groups were removed)
