What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. Stand near a powered armoury as a human with enough money to by a shotgun
3. Press 3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You should end up selling whatever weapon you have and buying a shotgun.

Instead you just sell all your weapons and don't buy another one.

Currently a client compiled with SIMD_SSE defined causes the client to run when 
crashed

The main menu loop currently will restart when a new menu page is opened, this 
doesn't make any sense when the new page uses the same music.

Intergrate curses console from Tremfusion

When I was getting the windows build to work I found that cg_particles.c was 
using a function (rint) that didn't exist on windows, so I substituted a macro 
in that approximates that function.

Add console command history to server. We could use some code thats in 
tremfusion for this.
