Selecting a hospital in the request form if the location is off leads to infinite loading. Location permission not asked if location is turned off.

If profile is updated locally but user forgets to press the update button, the changes remain locally. Thus, user thinks their profile is updated(at least until next boot), but it's not the case in firestore. This is because all the updated values are directly stored to provider and not local variables. So provider stores the updates even though its not in firestore. At next startup provider is rewritten with values from the database and this is solved.

Possible solution is to update the values of the editable fields using local state variables. When 'Update Profile' button is pressed, Both the provider and firestore are updated.

Function seems to return compatible blood groups for a accepter, but it should be for donor.
