[dev]: Add a fictitious user to the installation tests

Your feedback for the existing codebase

Seeing the docker image, the installation tests are executed with user root, in practice these scripts will be executed with a non root user:

ENTRYPOINT ["sudo", "--preserve-env", "./test-install-script.sh", "--all"]

It would be good to add a fictitious user to make a more realistic test

RUN useradd test --create-home --shell /bin/bash && \
    echo "test ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL" >> /etc/sudoers
USER test
ENTRYPOINT ["sudo", "--preserve-env", "./test-install-script.sh", "--all"]

[dev]: See the cause of the error in GNS3

Your feedback for the existing codebase

Currently when the install script fails to fetch the configuration file it fails, it doesn't show the reason for the error:

  INFO   Importing templates for GNS3
 ERROR Unable to get controller configuration file

It would be nice to show some feedback to the user so he can try to fix the error himself.
