the PDF shouldn't be in the code for the repo

requirements:

• deploying should work on the command line
• the readme should always have an up to date version of the pdf

possible options:

• use a make deploy rule to deploy new changes
• force push to a separate branch (similar to srcreigh.github.io)
• use the releases API to push a new release

Hi, I came across your repo while trying to find solutions to the book. Are you still working on the book? Do you know where can anyone find the solutions to the book? Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure that's the case. Consider $A = { a, b, c }$ with $~_A$ being the reflexive transitive symmetric closure of $a ~_A b$, and $B = { 1, 2, 3 }$ with any pair of elements belonging to $~_B$. Arbitrary injection from A to B would then be a monomorphism, but it does not preserve the relation backwards.
