About Saaghar

Saaghar is an opensource Persian poetry software, it's based on Qt C++ and it's cross-platform, and available for majaor desktop's operating systems. it uses "ganjoor.net" database as its database.

Requirments

Windows:

To compile and install Saaghar on your system, you have to install the Qt Windows SDK from http://qt-project.org.

Linux:

To compile and install Saaghar on your system, Be sure you have installed the Qt4 development packages. (maybe qt4-devel, libqt4-dev or similar.)

Mac OS X:

To compile and install Saaghar on your system, you have to install the Qt Mac SDK from http://qt-project.org and Mac SDK from http://developer.apple.com

Saaghar uses qt sqlite plugins.

Compiling

$ cd saaghar
$ qmake -config release
$ make
# make install

Current version

The current version of Saaghar is 3.0.0. You can download precompiled packages and the sources from: Saaghar's download page.

Development Version

You can always use the lastest development snapshot of Saaghar from the GIT repository.

Clone:

$ git clone https://github.com/srazi/Saaghar.git

Download as archive: ZIP Archive, Master Branch

آیا پروژه متوقف شده است؟
و آیا این نرم افزار به نحوی با گنجور مرتبط است؟

error saving settings in root directory

Hi,
I've installed saaghar v3 in my arch linux os from aur.
When i closing the app or changing anything in settings, the app will raise an error that can't save /settings.ini and as it shows, it's trying to save settings data in root directory and has no permission to that.
I also compiled the app from the source code and this problem was still happened.

[known Issues] Qt-4.x BUG: Certain combinations of characters entered into a text based element assert

Steps for re-producing:
Font: MS Shell Dlg 2, Point Size: 18
Set above font as section font and goto: سنایی->حدیقة الحقیقه و شریعة الطریقه

To workaround this you can set IranNastaliq as poem font.

Not working with libpng 1.6.x (version 2.5.0)

Compiled on openSUSE 13.1 Linux

Not working on Ubuntu 14.04 AMD64

بعد از نصب ساغر روی اوبونتو ۱۴.۰۴ با استفاده از بسته‌های دبیان آماده شده برنامه اجرا نمی‌شود و پیغام زیر نمایش داده می‌شود:
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

کامپایل کد برنامه نیز منجر به همان خطای فوق خواهد شد.

همچنین اجرای نسخه پرتابل با خطای زیر همراه است:

./Saaghar/saaghar: error while loading shared libraries: libfontconfig.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

OS: ubuntu 14.04 amd64

Missing #include <QIODevice> in settingsmanager.h!

Hi,
I try to compile a clone of your repo but compile failed with "QIODevice not declare in this scope" error in settingsmanager.h so I add #include and error gone.
