Need to allow renaming a page using UpdatePage step

Presently, UpdatePage step only allows modifying the content of the page, but not its title. It would be useful to rename a page by specifying a different title.

NotSerializableException when using CreatePage step

When using CreatePage step, after the page is created and control returns to the pipeline, it aborts with the following error:

IndexOutOfBoundsException in AttachFile step when specified page is not found

When using AttachFile step, if the specified page is not found, OutOfBoundsException is thrown. This is caused by this code in AttachFileExecution.java:

return service.attachFile(String.valueOf(pageContent.getResults().get(0).getId()),                getStep().getFilePath());

If the page is not found, call to pageContent.getResults() returns an empty list, which needs to be checked before retrieving the first element.

IndexOutOfBounds exception if parent page is not found when creating new page

When using CreatePage step, if the specified parent page is not found, OutOfBoundsException is thrown. This is caused by this code in CreatePageExecution.java:

if (content.getResults().get(0).getId() == null || content.getResults().size() == 0) {

The check for size needs to happen before attempting to retrieve the first element.

UpdatePage step fails if multiple pages with the same title exist in different spaces

Confluence enforces unique page titles within a space, however across spaces there can be multiple pages with the same title. If this is the case, UpdatePage step fails stating that multiple pages with the specified titles have been found. Space needs to be explicitly specified when updating the page to avoid this issue.
