Health check does not look good for now

Looks promising but need to check if that works good with tokio. Still under active development and alpha.

That's just for fun, it will probably not run there in production

Can use one of available pools for that (r2d2, bb9, l337).
For bb8 there is even an example with Tiberius:

The problem is that we miss polling code:

I can't understand where it should be. Process can be stopped only by killing task (taskkill /F /IM consum-api.exe)

Try to implement this using feature
