I've installed the plugin in vscode, but am having trouble getting it working. I've created a .md file, and set the formatting to Speech Markdown. I've entered some text from an example and tried to convert it to SSML, but it's coming up blank. Am I doing something wrong?

The format for modified text is: (text)[modifiers]
Is there a way for "text" to be the same color as other text in the sentence so that it is easy to read the sentence by following the color. The parenthesis and square brackets would remain white.

Underlined text would be the same color as rest of the text in the sentence:

Is it possible to trigger a snippet when the developer types close parenthesis + open square bracket: ")[" ?
That is key combination that should be reliable in determining Speech Markdown.

C0mbinations include:

• )[ (close parenthesis + open square bracket) - text modifier start
• #[ (number + open square bracket) - section start
• ![ (exclamation + open square bracket) - audio tag start

Can we also color white the "!" at the beginning of the audio tag and the "#" that is part of the section?
Also, strangely, the word "audio" in the filename in the audio markdown is yellow not white like it should be.
