Words with dashes get translated into reduced emphasis

SMD has the emphasis syntax

A -reduced- level

which translates into

A <emphasis level="reduced">reduced</emphasis> level

Currently this breaks when using dashes inside words:

my-long-word

should NOT translate into the <emphasis> tag.

Dashes are commonly used to concatenate nouns. In that case, we should not interpret them as emphasis characters. Proposal is to change the parser to require either start of string or a space before the opening dash, and either end of string or space after the closing dash.

Nice to have: same for the other "shortform" emphasis modifiers ++, + and ~.
