Just use the sever url inputted by the user and not the one returned here: https://github.com/speckleworks/SpeckleAccountManager/blob/dev/SignInWindow.xaml.cs#L268

In the sign-in window, when a number of accounts are addded, the bottom of the list, and the Add new account section push past the bottom of the window, and the user cannot scoll down.

Steps to reproduce

Add accounts from multiple servers, or resize the window so that it is shorter. The button to add a new account will become inaccessible

A simple fix would be to make the whole window scrollable.

If you type a speckle server url that ends in something weird (ie, speckle.com/api/v1, as was needed some time ago), the popup doesn't open a browser with a correct signin url (speckle.com/signin).

To check, as assuming that the server always runs on its own proper domain name, and not under a special url. In other words company.com/speckle would not work as a server url, whereas speckle.company.com will.
